Q: Do you have international shipping?

A: As of right now no but I will in the near future.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: No shipping is not free. However please make sure to sign up for newsletters for promotions and more.

Q: I am local, can I pick up my order?

A: Yes you can! At check out please be sure to chose pick up and I will contact you to set up.

Q: Can I return the tea if I no longer want it?

A: Due to COVID-19 all products are FINAL sale and also due to the nature of the product. Before ordering please contact me with any concerns or questions. Their are no refunds or returns.

A: Biodegradable is the ability of material to breakdown and return of nature. leaving no toxins behind.

Q: What is the shelf life?

A: The shelf life of your tea is up to 2 years. Be sure to keep content in original packaging and store in a dark cool place.

Q: What is your processing time?

A: From the time your ordered is accepted the processing time to prepare your order is 3-5 business days.

Q: I ordered the wrong tea, what can I do?

Q: I am on medications can I drink your tea?

Q: I am pregnant which tea can I have?

Q: I am not sure which tea I want to try, do you have samples?

A: Yes you can order samples via email safesips@botanicalsips.com You can order up to 4 samples and you will be responsible for covering Shipping & Handling.

Q: Do you have loose leaf tea?

A: Yes you can order loose leaf tea as well via email safesips@botanicalsips.com
